| Description: | The Customer Service Agent is responsible for; receiving customer calls, assessing consumer needs and suggesting/promoting products. Customer Service Agent will also utilize computerized systems to gather information, troubleshoot, track calls, enter sales, confirm sales, and check order status. |
| Duties: | • Answer inbound call resolving customer inquiring and processing orders
• Exceptional product knowledge is needed to answer customer inquiries
• Ensure all of the customers needs are met and maintain our current customers satisfaction with the products
• Ability to multi-task between varying computer programs; including but not limited to in-house database systems, intranet information system, time clock, various internet websites (i.e. UPS's tracking information website), and as necessary MS Word/Excel/Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
• Able to work individually as well as with a team; be a team player in a group environment; work decisively and make decisions independently; be motivated and focused without constant supervision
• Ability to operate phone systems correctly; including transfers, recall, proper procedures when dialing out to customers, redial, logging in/out, taking breaks, and searching for previous phone numbers

| Qualifications: | • High School Diploma or higher
• 1-3 years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment is preferred
• Strong interpersonal/written communication skills and the ability to interact with various levels/background of people
• Ability to work in a fast pace and demanding environment
• Must have a strong drive for results and a commitment to meeting and exceeding the company expectations
